The only thing I love more than training is writing. It’s a skill that, although I’m far from great, I take much pride in. What I like most about writing is I feel I have a message to spread, and it’s my duty to reach as many people as possible.
There’s a lot of grey area in the world of fitness and health. A lot of researchers will tell you one thing, and a lot of trainers will tell you another. There’s only one trainer I know that reads more research and spends time in the trenches coaching clients. However, he does not have a blog. I do. And everything I bring to my readers has been research, tested, and duplicated in some form.
I want to share everything I have to those who may not be exposed to my newsletter or blog. I strongly believe that everyone, whether they train or not, can benefit from this information. Your friends, family members, enemies, that creepy guy at whole foods…SO,
