“I just got a cortisone shot in my knee… I think I’m just going to have to get a knee replacement.”

Or you could just stop spinning, taking group classes, and instead work on your glutes, hamstrings, core, and other muscle imbalances while you strength train.

That’s always an option.

After spinning my wheels with my mother on the phone the other day, I decided to video my entire workout to solidify the fact that functional training and functional strength training are the best for your posture.

In this video, I go thru every move in my workout including my pre warm up meditation, warm up, and strength training.

There’s a way your body is created to move in terms of what’s flexible, stable, and how your movement patterns should look.

Functional strength training is mimicking that so you can move more efficiently, effectively, and without pain.

Check out the video above to find out exactly how strength training will help fix your posture!
