If you’re like me, you’ve failed a million times trying to get the lean and chiseled physique you’ve only dreamt of.
Growing up, I was overweight. And when I say overweight, I mean at age 11 I was borderline clinically obese. Trying every fitness regimen and diet under the sun, it was only weeks into it I found myself injured, burnt out, and seeing ZERO physical results.
This vicious cycle happened until I was 19 years old, where studying Kinesiology in college, I just happened to be at the right place at the right time, and found out how to read scientific research on fitness and diet, and apply it to my clients as well as myself (I was personal trainer at the recreation center).
I was muscular at this point from all the different muscle building programs, but I could never see any real definition.
One month into this new training system, I could see my abs, cheekbones, and muscle striations in my quads! The feeling of success after so many years of failing was like none other. I had to share this with others!

Q.“Will lifting weights make me big and bulky?”
A.Bulk is just fat pushed out by muscle. When you are in a caloric deficit, you will be losing body fat.
Have you ever seen a pound of fat versus a pound of muscle? The pound of fat is 4x bigger! When you put muscle on, it will be very small and give you that lean and chiseled look.
Q."Isn't cardio the best for fat loss?"
A.Cardio is important and is a small part of our program, but you will not get the same fat loss as you would with strength training.
This is because of two reasons: (1) muscle is very metabolically active, which will help put you into an even deeper caloric deficit, and (2) strength training is a form of interval training, which we know boosts your metabolism 3x more than traditional cardio.

A.Absolutely not. The exercises are adaptable to even the most beginner of beginners!
