Today is “Random Acts of Kindness Day.”
You haven’t heard of this day before? Don’t worry, neither have I.
But when “Random Acts of Kindness Day” was brought to my attention, I realized I had to do something.
If you don’t know my story, I was raised by two hippie-wolves (see: born at home and no vaccination shots growing up).
Growing up, our house was filled with more much love and free spirit than an LSD trip at Woodstock.
It’s something I’ve always tried to bring into my work, personal life, and tried to inspired others to instill in their own lives.
On this random acts of kindness day, I would love it if you found 3 friends or family members to gift personal training sessions to.
It’s free for you, free for them, and I promise to make you look good by giving them an amazing session J
I’ll be honest, this program isn’t for everyone and is pretty tough.
So, think of someone who really would be a good fit!
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with their name, email, and phone number
- We’ll email them on behalf of you (after you give them a heads up)
- That’s it!
