I went to a holiday cookie party (no, not those kind of cookies) two weekends ago.

 

I was feeling a little rundown and was expecting to get sick.

 

I’ve known about this hangover cure I’m about to give you for a while now, but I’ve never been able to implemented it successfully.

 

At the cookie party, I wasn’t holding back and wanted to go pretty hard in the paint with my alcohol consumption:

 

 

6 bourbons neat later I started to worry about waking up sick.

 

Waking up the next morning was so confusing: I was looking for the hangover, but couldn’t find it.

 

– No headache

– No “dry” feeling

– No aches

– No nausea

 

I felt amazing the next day: hitting golf balls, working out, and spending a date night out with my wife.

 

My trick?

 

Before each drink:

 

– 1 capsule of N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC)

– 1 capsule of Vitamin C

 

After each drink:

 

– 2-4 capsules of activated charcoal

– 8 oz of water (I actually cheated on this and had 2 large glasses of water during my outing)

 

I know what you’re thinking: that sounds like a lot of work.

 

The process of taking these capsules and drinking the water isn’t actually a lot of work. It takes about 2 minutes total of your 1-3 hour outing.

 

It’s more being conscious about it.

 

My tip: would you rather waste 2 minutes of your life taking pills to prevent a hangover and feel amazing the next day, or would you rather waste an entire day being hungover?
