My 3 Favorite Metabolic Workouts

It’s only 14 days into this years transformation challenge and the physique transformations I’ve seen thus far are unparalleled with any contest I’ve run. Within the first 6 days a participant lost 6 lbs, and this week during bodyfat percent measurements all our clients that are participating have gone down. I’ve been working around the clock on the meals plans and metabolic workouts, and I’m going to share a couple to give you a taste of what you’re missing. These are full workouts ranging from 30 to 60 minutes.
