Upper Body Density Circuit:

 

A1. Push Ups 10 reps

A2. Pull Ups 10 reps

A3. Medicine Ball Slams 10 reps

A4. Straight Leg Straight Arm Sit Ups (5 seconds up, 5 seconds down) 5 reps

 

Perform as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes. I got 6 out so beat that and share your video!!!

 

 

 

Iso Hold Hatred

 

A1.  L Sit Chin Up Holds 30 seconds

A2. Shoulders Elevated Single Leg Glute Bridge Iso Hold 45 seconds each

A3.  1 Legged Push Up Holds 30 seconds each leg

 

 

 

 

10 Minutes of Hell

 

A1. Slideboard Sprints x10

A2. MB Wall Ball x10

A3. Bear Alternates x10

A3. TRX ROWS X10
