“I’ve been reading all your articles on intermittent fasting and I’ve lost 7 pounds!”

Sunday night my fiancée and I went to her dad and step mom’s house to send out our rehearsal dinner invitations.

Her step mom is in pretty amazing shape already and works out 5+ days a week, so when she told me this I was extremely impressed.

“It’s so easy to just fast until 2PM and then eat normal the rest of the day.”

Weight loss should never be a struggle.

For most of my life, it has been.

Since I have married intermittent fasting and meditation/mindful eating, I’ve lost over 10 pounds.

The best part?

I get to eat big meals still that are satisfying and amazing.
