Fitness and nutrition go hand in hand for a personal trainer in West Los Angeles. After all, you can’t out-train a bad nutrition program!

 

Dylan’s Delicious Donuts

Preheat oven to 425. In a blender, blend together:

1 Cup Rolled Oats

1 Egg

1 Egg White

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/4 Cup Almond Milk

1/3 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce

1 Packet Stevia

1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Natural USA Protein Powder

 

Pour into a donut pan. Recipe makes 8 donuts. Bake for 11-13 minutes.

Meanwhile stir together glaze: 2.5 tbsp almond milk (or water), 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 1/2 scoop of Vanilla Whey Natural USA protein powder. Allow donuts to cool and then pour glaze over each one.

74 calories : 1.6g fat : 0.4g saturated fat : 9g carbs : 1.5g fiber : 1g sugar : 5.4g protein
