With holiday season in full effect, many of us are worried about potentially adding some extra pounds.
To help combat this worry, we need to boost our metabolism so we can continue to stay in a caloric deficit. Even though age, gender, and genetics are metabolic factors we can not control, there are certain actions we can take to increase our metabolism.
