40 Minute Advanced Bodyweight Routine For Building Size

 

A ton of clients have been asking me what the best routine for building size would be if they are on vacation or have no access to weights.

I recorded this series with DC Fitness’ new admin/sales assistant (shoutout to Henry!).

The workout uses a combination of techniques for increasing your muscle mass, which is very tough to do without weights.
