It’s summer, which means my air conditioning is broken, all my clients are on vacation needing travel workout routines, and every person and their mother is trying to squeeze all their sessions in before they leave for vacation.

I used to hate when people complained about how busy they were, but now I get it.

And, even worse, I’m “that guy.”

I literally resorted to getting a much needed haircut in my own gym while working from my computer.

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE what I do.

But, when you love what you do, you’ll sacrifice everything to do it.

One thing I refuse to sacrifice are my workouts.

And lord knows if I get injured that’s the end of my workouts.

If you don’t want to get injured then you HAVE to warm up.

But who wants to warm-up before their workouts???

B-O-R-I-N-GGGGGG!
